What You'll Do9
- 1Own landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, pruning, and seasonal cleanups, delivering quality work on schedule.
- 2Build and install hardscapes, plantings, and masonry with precision, following design specs and safety protocols.
- 3Lead a crew to complete daily project goals, coordinating tasks, equipment, and materials for efficient outcomes.
- 4Operate Bobcat and Loader equipment for snow removal and earthmoving, ensuring site safety and productivity.
- 5Drive plow truck operations during winter storms, clearing parking lots and roads to client specifications.
- 6Perform fine gardening and plant care, applying horticultural knowledge to maintain healthy, aesthetic landscapes.
- 7Implement fertilization programs for lawns, calibrating equipment and applying treatments accurately.
- 8Support continuous improvement by identifying better methods and communicating feedback to supervisors.
- 9Mentor junior crew members, demonstrating proper techniques and safety practices.
Requirements9
- 11+ years experience in landscaping, construction, or related field for crew roles; no experience needed for entry-level.
- 2Valid driver's license for foreman and operator positions.
- 3Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- 4Proven ability to lead crews and manage daily operations for foreman roles.
- 5Experience operating Bobcat or Loader equipment for operator roles.
- 6Knowledge of plant care, pruning, and garden maintenance for horticulture positions.
- 7Willingness to learn and grow, with a coachable attitude and strong work ethic.
- 8Reliable attendance and a positive, team-first mindset.
- 9For snow operations, availability for event-based or seasonal shifts.
Salary Insight
