Overview
You will maintain commercial landscapes across metro west Boston, mowing, trimming, and planting for 5+ properties. We are a small team that values reliability and attention to detail. You will operate stand on mowers and string trimmers daily, driving a truck with trailer between sites. This seasonal role runs through fall, with potential for year-round work.
What You'll Do6
- 1Mow, trim, and edge lawns at commercial properties, using stand on mowers and string trimmers.
- 2Drive a pickup with mowing trailer to job sites, following safe driving practices.
- 3Plant seasonal flowers and install mulch in spring beds.
- 4Operate hand tools and power tools for landscape tasks, including chainsaws and hedge trimmers.
- 5Remove debris and litter from grounds, maintaining a clean appearance.
- 6Follow safety procedures while operating equipment and handling materials.
Requirements6
- 11+ years experience in groundskeeping or related field preferred.
- 2Valid driver's license and ability to drive a truck with trailer.
- 3Knowledge of basic landscaping techniques and practices.
- 4Ability to operate stand on mowers and string trimmers.
- 5Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- 6Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
