Overview
Owns and executes landscape maintenance operations at scale for residential and commercial properties. Leads a small crew to deliver high quality mowing, trimming, pruning, and seasonal cleanups. Works with the team to uphold safety, appearance, and client satisfaction. This role offers hands on leadership and a pathway into employee ownership culture.
What You'll Do10
- 1Lead a 2-3 member crew to complete lawn mowing, line trimming, shrub trimming, pruning, and seasonal cleanups
- 2Coach and train new crew members and perform quality checks on all jobs
- 3Operate and maintain commercial landscape equipment in a safe, efficient manner
- 4Plan daily routes and allocate tasks to maximize productivity and on time delivery
- 5Ensure visits meet client expectations and maintain a clean, professional job site
- 6Perform site evaluations and provide recommendations for maintenance plans
- 7Adhere to safety and regulatory guidelines and maintain proper vehicle and equipment records
- 8Assist with mulching, landscaping enhancements, and seasonal preparation as needed
- 9Communicate clearly with clients and team members to resolve issues and maintain service quality
- 10Demonstrate reliability by showing up on time and maintaining a professional appearance
Requirements10
- 1Valid driver''s license and clean driving record
- 2Ability to drive a 1 ton truck and trailer
- 3Experience training and supervising a landscape crew
- 4Experience operating commercial landscape equipment and tools
- 5Must have own transportation to and from work
- 6Strong English communication skills (Spanish a plus)
- 7Willingness to learn and work hard without limitations
- 8Writing skills and iPad proficiency
- 9Must be able to provide quality work and uphold high standards
