What You'll Do6
- 1Lead and manage a daily crew on residential landscape and hardscape jobs
- 2Run jobs start to finish including mowing edging mulch rock install and hardscape builds
- 3Train coach and hold young crew members accountable
- 4Keep jobs on schedule on budget and to spec
- 5Operate and maintain equipment safely
- 6Communicate with the owner on job status materials and issues
Requirements6
- 12+ years of landscaping or hardscaping experience with crew-lead experience a big plus
- 2Dependent you show up every day and set the example
- 3Able to lead teach and stay patient with young workers
- 4Valid NC driver's license and clean record
- 5Can lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all seasons
- 6Bilingual English Spanish a plus
