What You'll Do20

  • 1Collaborate with cross-functional teams to receive inspect and release materials and ship finished goods to customers

  • 7Assist in developing metrics for Manufacturing Operations to track performance
  • 8Support training of employees and recruitment of new material handlers
  • 9Maintain equipment to high operational standards and report discrepancies to leadership
  • 10Support continuous improvement initiatives for material handling operations
  • 11Perform shipping receiving inspection tagging packaging and maintaining shipping area
  • 12Pick pull and package materials for internal issuance or off-site shipping
  • 13Handle finished goods under cryo-frozen conditions according to procedures
  • 14Apply FIFO and Kanban principles for proper material flow
  • 15Conduct quality control inspections for incoming raw materials
  • 16Write clear SOPs and maintain compliance with regulatory standards
  • 17Manage electronic and paper-based inventory control systems
  • 18Handle cryo-frozen materials and familiarity with ISO 9001 quality standards
  • 19Create pivot tables in Excel and support manufacturing metrics
  • 20Process donations of blood and bone marrow specimens into research-ready samples

Requirements12

  • 1Minimum of 5 years of lab management experience
  • 2Hands-on experience with lab operations in GMP or regulated environments
  • 3Ability to write compliant SOPs
  • 4Strong understanding of ERP systems and inventory transactions
  • 5Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • 6Physical ability to move moderately heavy materials safely
