Overview
Experian seeks a motivated individual to join the GDC Transformation Office as a Junior Project Manager. This entry level role focuses on delivering transformation projects across the Global Delivery Center. Candidates will coordinate project activities and support partners to ensure smooth execution.
What You'll Do11
- 1Help implement projects within the GDC transformation roadmap
- 2Maintain project plans and deliverables
- 3Track timelines covering daily weekly progress and follow up on action items
- 4Collaborate with teams including HR Finance and Technology
- 5Support scheduling meetings prepare agendas and capture notes
- 6Update project trackers dashboards and status reports
- 7Maintain RAID logs with guidance from senior team members
- 8Escalate risks or delays to project leads when needed
- 9Assist with rollout activities for new programs
- 10Support documentation user guides or training coordination
- 11Track adoption and collect feedback from team members
Requirements5
- 1Bachelor's degree in Project Management or related field
- 21–2 years of experience in project coordination operations business support or similar roles
- 3Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies
- 4Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools Excel PowerPoint and Word
- 5Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira MS Project or Azure DevOps
