- 8Ensure adherence to GMPs and HACCP guidelines across all training activities
- 9Track authorized training completion and maintain qualification documentation
- 10Perform periodic safety training and emergency preparedness drills
- 11Assist with administrative tasks including file management and program updates
Requirements10
- 1High school diploma or equivalent experience
- 22+ years operating machinery with GMP knowledge
- 3Proficiency in reading technical documents and procedural manuals
- 4Strong written communication and instructional writing abilities
- 5Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in indoor environments
- 6Driver's license for travel to various work sites
- 7Experience with adult education methodologies
- 8Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
- 9Excellent problem-solving skills under pressure
- 10Commitment to maintaining food safety and quality standards
