What You'll Do11
- 1Train and coach seasonal and core colleagues on essential job tasks to ensure accurate performance
- 2Provide onboarding and operational training covering procedures safety standards and productivity goals
- 3Deliver refresher sessions for underperforming staff to meet performance benchmarks
- 4Maintain consistent adherence to work instructions safety guidelines and quality expectations
- 5Partner with Training Ambassadors to align work instructions and address operational gaps
- 6Conduct audits of work quality and productivity offering immediate coaching feedback
- 7Observe workflows to reduce errors and retrain colleagues as needed
- 8Collaborate with Warehouse Managers and Leads to identify performance issues and implement training solutions
- 9Greet new hires and conduct orientation activities such as tours and reliability expectations
- 10Serve as point person for process questions and communicate trends to managers
- 11Document training progress and report operational updates with attention to detail
Requirements9
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Certified in CPC Card BCBA AWS Certified
- 33-5 seasons of relevant experience
- 4Ability to lift 50lbs climb ladders and stand for extended periods
- 5Strong physical stamina and visual acuity for detailed tasks
- 6Experience with safety protocols and hazard awareness
- 7Proficiency in using computers and handheld equipment
- 8Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 9Passion for mentoring colleagues and fostering inclusive teamwork
Salary Insight
$37 - $56k per year
