What You'll Do8
- 1Translate technical documents, presentations, emails, and correspondence between Japanese and English
- 2Interpret management meetings and employee communications
- 3Assist with production scheduling, inventory data entry, and operations support
- 4Manage office supplies and administrative tasks and support expatriate housing documentation
- 5Coordinate meetings and calendar tasks for leadership and cross-functional teams
- 6Support data entry and basic data management in inventory systems
- 7Contribute to documentation and process improvements in manufacturing environments
- 8Assist with safety, compliance, and confidentiality as required
Requirements9
- 1High school diploma or equivalent
- 2Business-level Japanese and English (spoken and written)
- 3Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment preferred
- 4Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer skills
- 5Knowledge of inventory systems preferred
- 6Strong communication and organizational skills
- 7Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- 8Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- 9Work in office and plant environments with moderate to loud noise
