Janitorial Area Manager, Facilities & Operations

Owns and scales janitorial operations across multiple buildings, maintaining service quality and client satisfaction at scale. What You'll Do10
- 1Lead and supervise self performing and sub contractor cleaning teams to deliver janitorial services across multiple sites
- 2Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards and drive customer satisfaction
- 3Train staff on cleaning techniques and safety protocols and manage inventory, supplies, and equipment
- 4Handle emergency responses and resolve operational issues to maintain service continuity
- 5Travel within assigned territory to oversee operations, quality control, and client relationships
- 6Estimate workloads and coordinate bids for new sites and opportunities
- 7Develop and maintain relationships with customers and sub contractors to grow business opportunities
- 8Plan short and long term staffing needs and coordinate scheduling and training
- 9Perform inspections and implement operational improvements to elevate service quality
- 10Manage sub contracted suppliers and monitor contract adherence and performance
Requirements7
- 1Minimum of two years industry experience in janitorial services preferred
- 2Must have working knowledge of MS Office Suite
- 3Excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
- 4Ability to travel across multiple geographies
- 5Strong project and program management skills
- 6Technical knowledge of all aspects of janitorial service delivery
- 7Ability to multi-task in a high pressure, fast paced environment
