IT Support Analyst - PeopleSoft HR & Financials
Overview
You will own functional support for Oracle PeopleSoft ERP applications, serving as the first-level troubleshooting expert for CDT's internal business systems. You will work within the Business Systems & Analysis Unit, collaborating with HR, learning management, and finance teams to maintain system integrity. Your role spans daily operational maintenance, business analysis, and project support for system upgrades. This hybrid position offers a mix of on-site and remote work, with a path to a stable state career.
What You'll Do8
- 1Troubleshoot and resolve incidents for Oracle PeopleSoft HR, payroll, and financials modules, ensuring minimal downtime.
- 2Maintain and configure PeopleSoft security, roles, and permission lists to align with policy.
- 3Support quarterly patches and upgrades for PeopleSoft, coordinating with technical teams on testing and deployment.
- 4Document and track issues using ServiceNow, categorizing and escalating as needed.
- 5Partner with HR and finance stakeholders to translate business needs into functional system requirements.
- 6Run SQL queries against PeopleSoft tables to analyze data and resolve discrepancies.
- 7Facilitate user acceptance testing for new features and enhancements.
- 8Create and maintain system documentation for business processes and troubleshooting guides.
Requirements8
- 11+ years supporting Oracle PeopleSoft or similar ERP modules (Payroll, Leave, Position Management).
- 2Experience with ServiceNow ticketing and workflow.
- 3Knowledge of SQL for data retrieval and analysis.
- 4Experience with Agile or Waterfall project methodologies.
- 5Skills in SharePoint and Microsoft Teams for collaboration.
- 6Experience with PeopleSoft HCM and Financials modules.
- 7Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- 8Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Salary Insight
$59 - $105k per year
