IT Project Manager, CAD RMS & SaaS Implementations
Overview
Own delivery of CAD RMS and vanpool software projects from August to March, driving SaaS implementations to successful go-live. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage vendor relationships, and report directly to the Enterprise Program Office. - 3Coordinate with stakeholders to define scope, schedule, and resources for multiple concurrent projects.
- 4Manage vendor communications and contracts to align SaaS capabilities with agency requirements.
- 5Track project risks, issues, and dependencies, providing transparent status updates to the Enterprise Program Office.
- 6Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and document functional specifications for CAD RMS integrations.
- 7Execute change management plans to support user adoption of new systems.
- 8Deliver project documentation, including charters, schedules, and post-implementation reviews.
Requirements8
- 15+ years of IT project management experience, with a focus on SaaS software implementations.
- 2Proven track record managing CAD RMS or similar public safety system deployments.
- 3Hands-on experience with project management tools such as MS Project or Jira.
- 4Ability to produce detailed project plans, risk matrices, and status reports.
- 5Strong vendor management skills, including contract negotiation and performance monitoring.
- 6Knowledge of feasibility study methodologies and implementation best practices.
- 7Excellent communication skills for presenting to executives and technical teams.
- 8PMP or Agile certification preferred.
