What You'll Do10

  • 1Develop and oversee business line IT strategic plans, projects, budgets, and service delivery to achieve unit objectives.
  • 2Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, delivering timely solutions and services to meet business needs.
  • 3Align scope, cost, and schedule for projects with the IT team and suppliers.
  • 4Create formal networks with key decision makers and serve as the voice of IT to stakeholders.
  • 5Solve problems of varying complexity with ingenuity and creativity.
  • 6Manage project portfolios and full life cycles, from conception through maintenance.
  • 7Act as subject matter expert for EHR and financial applications like A/R, A/P, G/L, and HR.
  • 8Support process standardization and best practices in clinical informatics and front/back-office applications.
  • 9Identify gaps in workflow mapping and ensure training needs are met for business unit leaders.
  • 10Collaborate with data analysts to define, build, and validate dashboards and reports.

Requirements8

  • 1Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in healthcare, clinical field, Informatics, or IT.
  • 23-5 years of clinical or front/back-office information system experience.
  • 3Demonstrated ability to capture and develop business requirements for technology and data solutions.
  • 4Understanding of project management, business finance, and budgeting fundamentals.
  • 5Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, communicating technology to non-technical stakeholders.
  • 6Knowledge of clinical terminology and workflow.
  • 7Understanding of basic cybersecurity and systems integration principles.
  • 8Strong attention to detail, writing, and customer service skills.
