What You'll Do6
- 1Lead requirements gathering for energy efficiency tracking tools, collaborating with stakeholders to define system needs.
- 2Build dynamic Excel models from complex calculations, transferring them into system configuration specs.
- 3Analyze client processes and propose technology-driven improvements, delivering documentation like requirements and design specs.
- 4Develop test plans and scripts, executing testing and troubleshooting to ensure tool reliability.
- 5Deliver training and support for system users, resolving issues to maintain optimal performance.
- 6Present project updates during status meetings, communicating progress and risks to teams.
Requirements8
- 13+ years in IT project delivery or related roles, with a Bachelor's degree in IT, Math, Engineering, or Computer Science.
- 22+ years creating technical documentation such as requirements, design specs, and test scripts.
- 3Expert-level proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, macros, and advanced data analysis functions.
- 4Demonstrated ability to read and model complex calculations into actionable requirements.
- 5Experience with project management tools like JIRA, SharePoint, or Smartsheet.
- 6Proven software testing and issue-tracking experience, ensuring high-quality outputs.
- 7Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- 8Knowledge of SNUGGPro is a plus.
