ER2 seeks an IT Asset Returns Technician to manage returns for Phoenix location. You will own the end-to-end process ensuring accuracy and compliance while supporting client satisfaction. This role blends technical expertise with teamwork across multiple domains.

Requirements11
- 15+ years in IT asset management inventory control
- 2Proficiency in ITAM software and basic computer skills
- 3Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- 4Ability to follow complex procedures accurately
- 5Good communication skills both written and verbal
- 6Experience working in fast‑paced environments
- 7Basic knowledge of hardware and software fundamentals
- 8Physical capability to lift 50+ lbs and work extended hours
- 9Valid driver’s license and ability to pass drug and background checks
- 10Fluency in English and legal right to work in the US
