What You'll Do8
- 1Resolve Level 1 IT support requests onsite and remotely, including password resets and account access issues.
- 2Set up and configure workstations with Windows and macOS, handling imaging and device inventory.
- 3Support senior consultants during client projects, performing hardware checks and basic network troubleshooting.
- 4Document equipment, network details, and completed work in our internal tracking system.
- 5Assist with basic cloud portal tasks in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace under supervision.
- 6Troubleshoot printer connectivity issues and perform basic hardware diagnostics.
- 7Participate in internal training sessions and complete technical learning assignments.
- 8Communicate with clients professionally and escalate issues to senior team members when needed.
Requirements9
- 10-3 years of IT, help desk, or technical support experience.
- 2Basic understanding of computer networking and common IT support concepts.
- 3Familiarity with Windows and macOS operating systems.
- 4Experience with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace administration is a plus.
- 5Strong attention to detail when documenting technical work.
- 6Ability to work onsite in San Francisco and be within a 30–45 minute drive.
- 7Professional communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- 8Current enrollment in IT, networking, or cybersecurity program, or active pursuit of entry-level certifications like CompTIA A+.
- 9Availability for flexible hours, including occasional nights or weekends.
