IT Applications Developer, ERP & Power BI
Overview
You will develop, plan, test, and validate IT system solutions that improve business efficiency and productivity. You will own application maintenance, troubleshooting, and reporting for ERP systems, including Viewpoint Vista and Acumatica. You will work with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications and deliver analytics dashboards in Power BI. This 6-9 month contract role offers hands-on exposure to cloud migration and integration projects in the construction sector.
What You'll Do8
- 1Maintain and troubleshoot application issues across ERP, CRM, and LMS platforms to ensure uptime and performance.
- 2Build and enhance reporting and analytics in Power BI to give business leaders visibility into key metrics.
- 3Administer and implement Microsoft 365 solutions, including tenant configuration and user management.
- 4Design and develop API and integration solutions to connect Viewpoint Vista with other business systems.
- 5Evaluate and improve business processes by developing and testing system enhancements within ERP modules.
- 6Assist in planning and executing infrastructure and security strategies, including Azure Cloud migration and management.
- 7Provide escalated support for application issues, collaborating with vendors and internal teams to resolve complex problems.
- 8Document technical specifications and user guides for new system features and integrations.
Requirements8
- 13+ years administrating and developing in ERP environments, with hands-on Viewpoint Vista experience.
- 22+ years building dashboards and reports in Power BI, including DAX and data modeling.
- 32+ years administering Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams) and Azure Cloud services.
- 4Experience with API and integration development using REST or SOAP.
- 5Solid understanding of SQL tables and query writing for data extraction and troubleshooting.
- 6Experience with CRM and LMS administration (e.g., Salesforce, Cornerstone).
- 7Construction industry experience preferred.
- 8General desktop OS knowledge on Windows PC and Server environments.
