We seek a skilled Irrigation Service Technician to lead outdoor irrigation and landscape lighting solutions in Washington DC. This role drives service excellence across residential and commercial projects while fostering teamwork and continuous learning.
What You'll Do10
- 1Execute Spring Start-Ups and Winterizations for irrigation systems and piers
- 2Repair and replace damaged valves controllers pipes fittings sprinkler heads and other irrigation components
- 3Install replace operate irrigation controllers lighting transformers and timers
- 4Utilize shovels trenchers pipe pullers drills saws and compressors to complete tasks
- 5Trace electrical components to locate valve wire breaks and underground utilities
- 6Fix landscape lighting fixtures bulbs and cut wires
- 7Diagnose troubleshoot irrigation or lighting issues and recommend repairs
- 8Document completed work orders with parts descriptions and recommended return work
- 9Ensure customer satisfaction through clear communication
- 10Maintain proficiency in irrigation and landscape lighting system components design principles
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading teams in technical environments
- 3Certified in CPC Card and BCBA
- 4Washington DC residency preferred
- 5Bilingual Spanish proficiency optional
