What You'll Do11
- 1Conduct cycle counting on raw materials consumables and bulk products in a laboratory setting
- 2Receive and put away materials in assigned locations
- 3Follow up on items requiring stock adjustment and ensure proper recording in inventory systems
- 4Collect and analyze data to improve process efficiency
- 5Collect and stage material as well as cap containers
- 6Perform advanced Microsoft Excel tasks including data analysis reporting and pivot tables
- 7Drive improvements in inventory accuracy and reconciliation
- 8Identify root causes of discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- 9Collaborate with production warehouse and supply chain teams to manage priorities
- 10Maintain physical workspace including lifting packages up to 20 lbs
- 11Report findings and recommendations to supervisory leadership
Requirements7
- 1Bachelor's degree with 2+ years experience in inventory control materials management supply chain or related operations
- 2Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis reporting and visualization
- 3Experience with cycle counting stock accuracy and inventory reconciliation
- 4Strong analytical problem solving abilities
- 5Effective written and verbal communication skills
- 6Ability to lift and move packages up to 20 lbs
- 7Previous experience with Oracle performing inventory transactions
