Overview
General Summary of Position Receives and oversees the receipt processing and distribution of materials supplies and equipment. Manages inventory levels through regular checks restocks supply carts and maintains accurate supply records. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Assists in care and maintenance of departmental equipment and supplies. Processes incoming materials comparing packing slips to purchase orders to verify accuracy. Inspects shipments for damage logs discrepancies and notifies supervisors. Receives supply requests selects stock loads distribution vehicles and delivers to requisitioning departments. Obtains authorizations for accepted items. Loads unloads material equipment from delivery carts routes goods to assigned locations. Arranges storage space modifications as needed. Resolves shipping errors by communicating with supervisors and completing returns. Ensures timely distribution of supplies and equipment. Plans organizes and directs product distribution activities. Coordinates transfers of materials maintains OR storage neatly labeling bins accurately. Conducts daily replenishment for non-stock items supports OR SPD and OR rooms performs shelf audits verifies quantities and places orders. Receives and puts away daily orders handles special orders assesses procedures ensures proper rotation of consumables reduces waste. Coordinates product recalls monitors par levels reviews with end users adjusts levels as recommended. Supervises racking configuration changes acts as liaison for replenishment orders manages recalls and product conversions plans executes counts assists with annual physical inventory works with supply chain leadership resolves inventory problems collaborates with quality teams contributes to department goals follows policies procedures and safety standards performs additional duties. Minimal Qualifications Education High School Diploma or GED required may require up to one year of technical training. Experience Six months related experience required. Requirements 5+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow 3-5 seasons familiarity with AWS Certified CPC Card BCBA AWS Certified Proficiency in reading writing fractions decimals proficiency with inventory management systems knowledge of office medical equipment report preparation and basic calculations.
