What You'll Do11

- 2Lead inventory reconciliation by analyzing cycle count results and resolving discrepancies
- 3Assess inventory control processes and recommend improvements to SOPs and work instructions
- 4Monitor and manage inventory transfers to ensure accuracy and timely transactions
- 5Resolve issues between warehouse teams and coordinate with third-party logistics providers
- 6Perform audits of warehouses to verify compliance with inventory control initiatives
- 7Administer regular audits of outbound builds before shipment to assess accuracy
- 8Identify and correct errors while following management protocols
- 9Maintain cross-departmental communication regarding inventory status and adjustments
- 10Enforce FIFO rules through aging inventory audits and provide training where necessary
- 11Establish partnerships with quality and compliance teams to mitigate inventory risks
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23+ years hands-on experience with inventory reconciliation
- 3Knowledge of inventory mathematics including accuracy percentages and shrinkage calculations
- 4Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and ERP systems like NetSuite
- 5Bi-lingual Spanish fluency is a plus
- 6Education in supply chain management or related field
- 7Experience in manufacturing or 3PL environments preferred
- 8Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- 9Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- 10Physical stamina for standing and walking during shifts
