What You'll Do11

- 5Monitor stock movements to prevent shortages
- 6Analyze data to recommend storage layout changes
- 7Train new hires on inventory systems and SOPs
- 8Track aging inventory and manage write-offs
- 9Collaborate with procurement on MRP signals and safety stock
- 10Optimize warehouse space and labeling strategies
- 11Handle RMA workflows and inspect returned goods
Requirements9
- 15+ years inventory control experience in tech hardware or advanced manufacturing
- 2Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Logistics or related field
- 3Strong analytical skills with focus on KPI tracking
- 4Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under deadline
- 5Experience with ERP/WMS systems like SAP Oracle or custom tools
- 6Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency
- 7Ability to travel domestically 10-20% of time
- 8Adaptability and operational grit
- 9Bilingual communication skills for cross-functional teams
