What You'll Do7
- 1Deliver comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan, including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
- 2Promote preventive care, wellness, and patient education, integrating health promotion strategies into daily practice.
- 3Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity and quality of patient outcomes.
- 4Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation using EHR systems, ensuring compliance with clinic policies and regulatory standards.
- 5Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and professionalism in all patient interactions, building trust and rapport.
- 6Manage a full patient schedule of 4×10s or 4 days per week with one late day, balancing clinical efficiency and patient access.
- 7Provide on-call coverage as needed, ensuring patient safety and continuity of care after hours.
Requirements8
- 1Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- 2Valid Arizona Medical License and DEA Certificate.
- 3CPR and AED certification compliant with American Heart Association or Red Cross.
- 4Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card from the Arizona Department of Public Safety.
- 5Valid Arizona Driver's License.
- 6Completion of an accredited U.S. Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency program.
- 72+ years of experience for the Buckeye, AZ location.
- 8Willingness to work flexible schedules, including 4×10s and late-day shifts.
