- 1Build a robust adult practice managing a diverse diagnostic mix, with a focus on preventive medicine and chronic disease management.
- 2Deliver personalized care during 30-minute appointments, emphasizing lifestyle medicine and whole-person health.
- 3Coordinate with six advanced practice providers to manage same-day urgent visits, allowing focus on complex continuity care.
- 4Perform office-based procedures within full-scope outpatient medicine.
- 5Participate in shared call rotation, averaging fewer than 10 phone calls per week.
- 6Pursue interests in obesity medicine, women's health, or cardiometabolic health to develop specialized expertise.
- 7Utilize hybrid telemedicine for 1 day per week, expanding patient access.
- 8Contribute to practice growth through quality bonuses and productivity incentives.
Requirements7
- 1MD or DO degree with board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- 23+ years of clinical experience in outpatient primary care.
- 3Active Maryland medical license or ability to obtain one.
- 4Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- 5Strong interpersonal skills to build lasting physician-patient relationships.
- 6Commitment to evidence-based medicine and lifestyle-focused care.
