What You'll Do10
- 1Assess individual patient needs to identify health risks and safety concerns
- 2Maintain detailed patient records and monitor vital signs
- 3Modify treatment plans based on patient responses

- 6Prepare patients for examinations and procedures
- 7Supervise junior staff in clinical procedures

Requirements11
- 15+ years experience in psychiatric nursing
- 2Spark and Airflow proficiency
- 3Associate's Degree in Nursing
- 4Current BLS certification
- 5RN license from DORA
- 63-5 seasons of relevant clinical experience
- 7Ability to work night shifts in a fast-paced hospital environment
- 8Strong communication skills for interdisciplinary collaboration
- 9Familiarity with Epic EHR systems
- 10Experience with pain assessment tools
- 11Knowledge of substance abuse treatment protocols
Salary Insight
