Adult Mental Health Nurse - RN
Overview
The Registered Nurse coordinates and delivers high quality patient centered care at HCA HealthONE Mental Health and Wellness Center in Denver Colorado. This role provides strong staffing support technology and resources to focus on delivering safe high quality care.
What You'll Do11
- 1Assesses patient condition during admission and each shift identifying changes and reporting them
- 2Performs procedures monitoring or other functions as ordered by medical providers
- 3Documents care administration in the patient medical record promptly and thoroughly
- 4Responds promptly to patient requests performing exceptional care
- 5Anticipates patient needs and resolves them proactively
- 6Manages quality of care by collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to customize holistic treatment plans
- 7Manages continuation of care acting as interface between providers and community support systems
- 8Obtains Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of employment start
- 9Obtains Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification within 30 days of employment start
- 10Serves as RN at Aurora facility known for Magnet designation and advanced trauma care
- 11Utilizes electronic health records and clinical tools to streamline patient monitoring and communication
Requirements6
- 1Basic Cardiac Life Support obtained within 30 days of employment start
- 2Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification obtained within 30 days of employment start
- 3Registered Nurse credential
- 4Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing
- 55+ years experience building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 6Certification in CPR and related clinical competencies
