Overview
Lead analytic acquisitions intake and processing for USDA SNAP programs. Manage federal retail applications ensuring compliance with SNAP procedures. Oversee document handling and coordination with scanning and project teams.
What You'll Do12
- 1Lead the daily work of the application intake and processing team
- 2Supervise intake review and data entry of employees
- 3Assign daily workloads and processing priorities
- 4Balance work based on application volume and deadlines
- 5Monitor pending applications and processing times
- 6Review electronic and paper application packages
- 7Ensure required documents have been received
- 8Identify missing information and communicate with applicants
- 9Coordinate document scanning with the Scanning Lead
- 10Verify application packages are properly recorded and sent for review
- 11Oversee updates to retailer contact information
- 12Provide feedback and training to processing employees
Requirements11
- 1High school diploma or GED
- 2Experience assigning and managing employee workloads
- 3Experience reviewing applications and supporting documents
- 4Ability to identify missing documents and possible errors
- 5Strong attention to detail
- 6Leadership and organizational skills
- 7Federal identity and security screening
- 8Legally authorized to work in the United States
- 9Experience with SNAP retailer applications or reauthorization
- 10Experience supporting SNAP or other public benefits programs
- 11Ability to handle private personal and business information
