Sample Intake Processor (NY)
Overview
Technical position managing sample intake processes at Green Analytics LLC. Oversees daily sample information management to support lab procedures and data analysis while assisting larger projects.
What You'll Do11
- 1Maintain sample storage areas and inventory
- 2Process and dispose samples according to protocols
- 3Coordinate sample handling documentation
- 4Ensure compliance with state regulations
- 5Create database records for sample intake
- 6Support Laboratory Information Systems (LIMS)
- 7Prepare and weigh product samples
- 8Conduct inventory and disposal tasks
- 9Resolve data entry and system issues
- 10Participate in nonconformance investigations
- 11Ensure confidentiality of sensitive data
Requirements6
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Knowledge of modern office practices and Microsoft Office Suite
- 3High-level communication and presentation skills
- 4Fluency in English language
- 5Experience in cannabis industry roles
- 6Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
