Insurance Sales Representative, Property & Casualty

As an Insurance Customer Service Representative, you own the full service lifecycle for existing and new clients at Bill Palmer Insurance, a full-service independent agency founded in 1977. You will manage renewals, generate quotes, and issue policies using Microsoft Word and Excel, while collaborating with a team of licensed agents. This role offers mentorship with an established agent and clear paths to advancement, with Ohio Property Casualty Insurance License support if needed. You will directly contribute to client retention and agency growth in a stable, locally trusted firm.

You will own new business production for a top-ranked agency in Columbus, Ohio. Sell life insurance and property insurance to clients across the state. Work alongside Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, and Title Companies to build your pipeline. This role rewards 100% commission plus base salary and bonuses. You will own the full sales cycle for personal and commercial insurance products in our Waldorf, MD office.
