What You'll Do8
- 1Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to close, using CRM tools to track progress.
- 2Build a pipeline of prospects through outbound calls and referrals, consistently hitting daily activity targets.
- 3Design personalized insurance solutions for clients, matching their coverage needs with property and casualty products.
- 4Lead client renewals and policy reviews, identifying upsell opportunities to increase account value.
- 5Drive customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries within 24 hours and resolving claims issues.
- 6Scale your book of business by leveraging negotiation techniques and communication skills.
- 7Ship weekly sales reports to management, highlighting conversion rates and areas for improvement.
- 8Debug sales objections using persistence and optimism to turn 'no' into 'yes'.
Requirements8
- 10-2+ years in sales or customer service, with a proven track record of hitting quotas.
- 2Property and casualty insurance license or ability to obtain one within 90 days.
- 3Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle rejection.
- 4Career-minded with leadership competencies, including delegation and inspiring peers.
- 5Goal-oriented with a disciplined approach to following a proven sales process.
- 6Experience with CRM or lead management tools preferred.
- 7Ability to work onsite in Houston, Texas, with a flexible schedule including some evenings.
