What You'll Do8
- 1Generate new business through prospecting networking referrals and lead sources
- 2Conduct insurance reviews and identify client needs
- 3Develop and present customized insurance solutions
- 4Build relationships with clients and referral partners
- 5Create partnerships with Real Estate Agents Mortgage Lenders Auto Dealers and local business owners
- 6Maintain strong client retention through exceptional service
- 7Meet and exceed sales and production goals
- 8Continuously develop industry and product knowledge
Requirements5
- 1Property Casualty License preferred (licensing assistance available)
- 2Minimum one year of sales experience preferred
- 3Strong communication and relationship-building skills
