You will own the full sales cycle for auto, home, and life insurance policies, quoting and closing leads over the phone in a results-driven inside sales role. What You'll Do7
- 1Generate insurance quotes for auto, home, and life policies via phone, using Farmers tools and systems.
- 2Follow up with leads and guide prospects from first contact to bound policy, managing your pipeline daily.
- 3Build and maintain positive client relationships to drive retention and referrals.
- 4Collaborate with teammates in daily huddles to align on goals and hit shared sales targets.
- 5Meet individual production metrics consistently, tracking your performance against goals.
- 6Participate in Insurance Sales Labs training to master the fundamentals of selling.
- 7Leverage the Sales AI Coach to refine your approach and close policies at a higher rate.
Requirements8
- 11+ years in insurance sales, phone sales, or customer-facing sales roles (preferred).
- 2High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- 4Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- 5Self-directed work style with the ability to manage daily goals independently.
- 6Willingness to obtain a Colorado P&C insurance license (guidance provided).
- 7Commitment to ethical, professional conduct in every client interaction.
- 8Existing Colorado P&C or Life Health license (preferred).
