What You'll Do7
- 1Sell Property Casualty insurance policies to individuals and small businesses, meeting monthly sales goals.
- 2Follow up on agency-provided leads, developing relationships and generating referrals through proactive communication.
- 3Assess client needs and provide tailored coverage recommendations, quoting and binding policies from multiple carriers including Progressive, Travelers, and Safeco.
- 4Maintain compliance with state insurance regulations and company procedures, documenting all client interactions in CRM systems.
- 5Foster long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups and policy reviews, driving retention and cross-selling opportunities.
- 6Use virtual tools such as Zoom and email to connect with clients and manage your pipeline.
- 7Track and report key sales metrics, including calls per day, policies sold per month, and closing ratio.
Requirements8
- 1Active Texas General Lines Property Casualty insurance license
- 21+ years of insurance sales experience with a verifiable track record of success
- 3Strong communication, keyboard, and consultative sales skills
- 4Ability to discuss sales numbers (average calls per day, policies sold per month, closing ratio)
- 5Tech-savvy, comfortable with Zoom, CRM platforms, and email
- 6Self-starter with discipline to work remotely and meet sales goals
- 7Bilingual abilities (Spanish) a plus
- 8Life and Health insurance licenses and experience a strong plus
