What You'll Do6
- 1Build a pipeline of institutional clients by promoting Wealth services to small business, corporations, foundations, and endowments.
- 2Generate referrals through industry contacts and participate in calling efforts to achieve sales goals.
- 3Cultivate partnerships with associates and team members to achieve sales results, defined by Partner Goal Achievement and wins.
- 4Represent the Bank in civic and professional organizations to promote services and create awareness.
- 5Communicate new developments, products, or services within the industry to banking partners.
- 6Coordinate activities and communication between the Bank's administrative teams and clients for seamless transitions.
Requirements6
- 1Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years in Practical Institutional Wealth Business (Administration or Sales), or High School Diploma/GED and 10+ years in that field.
- 2Possess valid Series 6, 63, 65, or 66 licenses.
- 3Hold state-specific life and health insurance licenses.
- 4Understanding of investment markets and economics in general.
- 5Understanding of the Qualified Retirement Plan Market.
- 6Understanding of the Philanthropic & Charitable Market.
