What You'll Do9
- 1Develop technical skills knowledge of supported product lines and proficiency in following policies and procedures
- 2Maintain good customer relations exemplifying Rite-Hite's image and commitment to service
- 3Ensure compliance with all company policies and safety guidelines
- 4Assist in installation inspection service and repair of equipment under senior technician direction
- 5Work at heights in various weather conditions and perform planned maintenance tasks
- 6Complete required training classes and documentation using handheld devices or backup forms
- 7Operate truck-based cranes forklifts welders torches and power hand tools
- 8Follow company and customer safety requirements and coordinate with internal departments
- 9Write routine reports and correspondences and communicate effectively with customers and employees
Requirements7
- 1High school diploma or GED
- 2Prior mechanical electrical or welding experience helpful but not required
- 3Valid driver's license and passing DOT medical exam
- 4Ability to read and interpret safety rules blueprints schematics operating and maintenance instructions
- 5Strong mathematical abilities including calculations report writing and problem solving with percentages
- 6Experience with document management systems and familiarity with bar graph interpretation
- 7Effective verbal communication skills and ability to speak before groups
