Inside Sales Representative, Uncapped Commission
Overview
You will own a pipeline of warm inbound leads and outbound follow-ups, closing lawn care, pest control, and tree & shrub services for homeowners in the Boston area. You'll join a family-owned business with a 37-year track record, collaborating with a tight-knit team of sales reps and support staff. This role offers uncapped commission with a base hourly rate, goal-based incentives, and a year-end bonus, making earning potential directly tied to your performance.
What You'll Do9
- 1Apply Lawn Doctor service knowledge to recommend lawn care, pest control, and tree & shrub solutions
- 2Respond to warm leads from inbound calls, emails, and web inquiries
- 3Follow up with prospects, prepare quotes, answer questions, and guide customers through service activation
- 4Convert leads into sales while consistently working toward weekly and annual sales goals
- 5Close sales using a consultative, customer-first approach
- 6Recommend additional services to address customer needs
- 7Build strong customer relationships to support long-term retention
- 8Document interactions, track follow-ups, and stay organized using CRM tools
- 9Participate in ongoing training to sharpen product knowledge and sales skills
Requirements6
- 1High school diploma or equivalent
- 21+ years direct-to-consumer sales or high-volume inbound/outbound calling experience
- 3Confident using computers, web-based tools, email, and basic spreadsheets
- 4Strong verbal and written communication skills, comfortable speaking with customers throughout the day
- 5Comfortable working toward measurable sales goals and performance metrics
- 6Ability to sit and work at a computer and phone for extended periods
