Inside Sales Representative RVI
Overview
RVI seeks an Inside Sales Representative to serve as the interface between clients Account Executives and Operations. This role ensures sales orders are entered processed and invoiced correctly to meet customer expectations.
What You'll Do15
- 1Act as main contact for general RMA email and respond/distribute accordingly
- 2Communicate with client when they have a request for orders and lead times by telephone or email
- 3Send out RMA information to clients per inquiries
- 4Create all Sales Orders in Global Shop
- 5Create New Customers in Global Shop
- 6Create New Part Numbers in Global Shop
- 7Interface with Production Planning to ensure requested delivery dates can be met
- 8Provide tracking information for shipped orders per client request
- 9Change Sales Order based on new client information such as quantities
- 10Navigate Global Shop to research Order History and Sales Analysis to assist both clients Production Planning and Sales
- 11Ensure customer communication is copied into customer file
- 12Pull Failure Analysis data per client request in absence of Account Executive
- 13Perform marketing related activities in support of sales
- 14Perform administrative duties as needed by the sales department
- 15Flex to other departments as needed

- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons of experience in manufacturing
- 35+ years building ETL pipelines with Python and SQL
- 43-5 seasons of experience in data warehousing
- 55+ years developing dashboards using Tableau
- 63-5 seasons working with CRM systems
- 75+ years maintaining databases with MySQL
- 83-5 seasons implementing automation scripts
- 93-5 seasons collaborating with cross functional teams
- 105+ years managing customer accounts
