Inkjet Operator - Kirk Rudy Mailing Equipment
Overview
We seek hands-on professionals to configure and operate Kirk Rudy mailing and tabbing equipment. This role offers growth within a company established in 1965. You will set up machines process mail and troubleshoot issues while collaborating with a dedicated team.
What You'll Do8
- 1Set up Kirk Rudy Mail Machine on each USPS mailing job
- 2Understand USPS regulations and procedures for common classes of mail
- 3Understand mailing software and Kirk Rudy computer software as required to run the equipment itself
- 4Troubleshoot and make adjustments during the run
- 5Process mail according to supplied files / presorted lists from our front end mail services department
- 6Communicate effectively with colleagues
- 7Lift medium to heavy loads weighing 50 pounds for long periods
- 8Maintain attention to detail throughout operations
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Hands-on experience with Kirk Rudy mailing and tabbing equipment
- 3Physical stamina for standing long shifts with heavy lifting
- 4Reliable work ethic and quality focus
- 5Knowledge of bindery processes would be extremely useful
