- 6Communicate with parents about each child's progress, behavioral updates, and developmental milestones.
- 7Collaborate with colleagues to implement effective classroom management and early intervention strategies.
Requirements8
- 1High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or currently pursuing.
- 2Prior classroom experience with infants and toddlers in licensed childcare settings.
- 3Strong knowledge of childhood development, behavior management, and early intervention techniques.
- 4Experience in curriculum development for literacy, sensory activities, and physical education.
- 5Familiarity with standardized testing for early learning outcomes is a plus.
- 6Demonstrated ability to manage classroom dynamics while maintaining a positive learning environment.
- 7Background in special education or working with children needing additional support.
- 8Excellent communication skills for building relationships with families and team members.
