- 4Communicate directly with parents about achievements and daily activities
- 5Maintain classroom records cleanliness and orderliness according to state standards
- 6Demonstrate expertise in early childhood curriculum and implementation
- 7Act as a role model through appearance and actions
- 8Provide a nurturing environment following the Life Time Adventures Curriculum
- 9Create opportunities to boost children's self esteem
- 10Maintain safe clean inviting indoor and outdoor environments
Requirements9
- 1CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education
- 2Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education preferred
- 3Meet or exceed state licensing requirements for age education and experience
- 42+ years of early childhood education experience
- 51+ year experience working with infants and or toddlers
- 6Excellent organizational skills
- 7Flexibility in assignment and work hours
- 8Ability to work on feet for extended periods
- 9Proficiency in writing and interpersonal skills
