Own safe, engaging classrooms for infants and toddlers in a closing shift model 9am 6pm at a leading Goddard School site. Lead developmentally appropriate activities grounded in Piaget play based learning to foster curiosity and a life long love of learning. Collaborate with a supportive team to implement lesson plans, arrange rooms for developmental goals, and communicate with families.
What You'll Do7
- 1Build lesson plans and implement activities that develop self esteem and social skills
- 2Design room arrangements to support developmental goals for infants and toddlers
- 3Deliver daily activities aligned with Goddard Developmental Guidelines
- 4Communicate professionally with parents and fellow faculty
- 5Meet Goddard Quality Assurance and Arizona state requirements
- 6Assist across classrooms as needed
- 7Collaborate with teachers and leadership to refine growth plans
Requirements5
- 1Minimum of 6 months working experience in a large center environment
- 2Current TB clearance
- 3Valid fingerprint clearance card
- 4CPR and First Aid Certification preferred
- 5Food Handlers certification a plus
