Overview
Industrial Refrigeration Foreman will lead a crew of 4-6 installers on ammonia and freon projects for a national refrigeration contractor. They will collaborate with the director of construction to ensure specs and timelines are met, and manage material procurement for each project. This is a full-time on-site role in Dallas, with 10-hour days, five to six days per week and competitive benefits. What You'll Do7

Requirements7
- 15+ years of experience as a Foreman installing ammonia or freon equipment
- 2Experience leading on-site installation teams in industrial refrigeration
- 3Ability to manage procurement and logistics for multiple projects
- 4Strong collaboration skills with construction leadership and field staff
- 5Commitment to on-site presence in Dallas, TX
- 6Ability to work 10-hour days, five or six days per week
- 7Valid safety certifications and willingness to adhere to company safety programs
Salary Insight
$83 - $125k per year
