Indirect Lending Specialist - Auto Loans
Overview
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our indirect lending operations for vehicles. The ideal candidate will own the full loan lifecycle from application to closing while ensuring compliance and efficiency. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape lending processes within a dynamic financial institution.
What You'll Do17
- 1Perform the indirect pre-funding loan audit process
- 2Ensure all pertinent loan documents are present and properly signed
- 3Review all loan packages for accuracy and completeness
- 4Complete audit sheet checklist for each loan package
- 5Execute loan onboarding introduction calls to indirect borrowers
- 6Provide a 30 second overview of American Heritage and our mission
- 7Cross-sell qualified direct consumer loan products
- 8Conduct indirect pre-funding loan audits
- 9Verify new loan requests and authenticate identities
- 10Process indirect loan closing and validate terms
- 11Book and fund loans through Meridian Link
- 12Maintain audit logs and forward membership packages
- 13Perform indirect post-funding quality control reviews
- 14Monitor error queues and correct account issues
- 15Call lenders and dealers for resolution
- 16Process lien assignments and send demand letters
- 17Prepare for next role by completing training programs
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons experience in lending operations
- 3Working knowledge of Symitar and Meridian Link systems
- 4Associate degree or current enrollment in a four-year program
- 5Ability to travel between Philadelphia Bucks and Montgomery Counties
