What You'll Do5
- 1Build and fulfill customer online orders using the Instacart Shopper App on a mobile device
- 2Provide excellent customer service by ensuring product quality and freshness and by substituting out-of-stock items when needed
- 3Process order changes and communicate them clearly to customers and the team
- 4Operate in-store POS system to complete transactions
- 5Assist in stocking shelves, maintaining frozen foods, and preserving overall store presentation
Requirements6
- 1Be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
- 2Outgoing and friendly demeanor with strong communication skills
- 3Ability to operate front-end equipment such as register, calculator, and scanner
- 4Ability to stand, walk, bend for extended periods and maneuver a 20 lb cart up to 35 lb force
- 5Ability to walk up to 3 miles in an 8-hour shift
- 6Must be able to interact positively in a team environment
