Overview
Own the selection of groceries for online orders at scale in a fast-paced store environment. You will become a knowledge expert for perishable and non-perishable items and partner with the Home Shopping Department Manager to ensure accurate fulfillment. This role blends customer service, physical work, and attention to detail to deliver high quality substitutions and timely bagging. What You'll Do5
- 1Build accurate grocery orders for online customers to 97% accuracy within the first 90 days
- 2Design substitution strategies for unavailable items in collaboration with the Home Shopping Department Manager
- 3Deliver bagged groceries into totes and prepare for transportation with careful handling
- 4Operate in a fast-paced environment maintaining high customer service standards
- 5Coordinate with team to review missing items and complete orders on time
