Implementation Specialist, Insurance API Integration
Overview
You own end-to-end deployment of Axle for automotive clients, guiding API integration, workflow configuration, and launch readiness. Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales to deliver seamless launches. Build scalable processes that power growth, backed by Google and Y Combinator. This role suits a builder who thrives in ambiguity.
What You'll Do7
- 1Build trusted relationships with decision-makers and technical stakeholders at dealer and rental customers.
- 2Scope integration requirements and manage project timelines for API integration, UAT, and go-live.
- 3Configure workflows tailored to each client's tech stack, driving adoption of Axle integrations.
- 4Develop repeatable implementation playbooks and runbooks that cut time-to-launch.
- 5Own kickoff-to-launch KPIs, tracking time-to-value and integration health.
- 6Report customer friction to Product and Engineering, translating technical feedback into product insights.
- 7Travel to client sites and conferences at least twice per month to support launches.
Requirements8
- 13+ years in implementation, solutions engineering, or technical account management.
- 2Experience implementing software for automotive, fleet, or dealership programs.
- 3Strong grasp of API integrations, webhooks, and system-to-system data flows.
- 4Proven record driving complex integrations to successful go-live.
- 5Ability to partner with sales and engineering leadership on customer launches.
- 6Comfort operating in high-growth, ambiguous environments and building processes from scratch.
- 7Willingness to travel to client sites and conferences at least twice per month.
- 86+ years of enterprise implementation or technical program management experience preferred.
