Overview
Scoop and Joy Ice Cream in Phoenix is hiring onsite contract scoopers to greet customers, scoop, and prepare menu items for fast-moving lines. You’ll handle cash and POS transactions, maintain a clean workspace, and restock toppings and supplies. This role emphasizes friendly service, teamwork, and strong hygiene standards in a busy parlor. You’ll join a family of stores and have opportunities for growth into lead or management roles.

- 6Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
- 7Work as a team player to keep lines moving and customers happy
Requirements5
- 1Must be 18 years of age or older
- 2Availability to work open shifts and closing shifts 10:30AM-10:00PM mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- 3Reliable and punctual — your team counts on you
- 4No prior experience required — we will train you
- 5Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
