Overview
You will own IAM advisory and escalation for internal clients, guiding access management and governance across Bank of America's global enterprise. You will partner with business and tech teams to assess and mitigate security risks, supporting Access Request Management and Access Reviews. What You'll Do10
- 1Serve as primary IAM advisor and escalation point for clients, providing guidance on access management and security controls
- 2Educate clients on IAM policies and best practices, ensuring adherence to enterprise security requirements
- 3Partner with business and technology teams to assess and mitigate information security risks
- 4Support administration of Access Request Management, Access Reviews, and Security Point of Contact activities
- 5Drive identity governance and entitlement oversight, resolving access and control issues
- 6Analyze client issues and deliver solutions that balance operational needs and security
- 7Identify emerging risks and control gaps, recommending process improvements
- 8Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across business, application, and risk teams
- 9Support audits and regulatory activity by providing IAM control documentation and expertise
- 10Drive automation and self-service enhancements to scale IAM services
Requirements8
- 13+ years of IAM experience with strong understanding of IAM concepts and controls
- 2Experience supporting Access Request Management, Access Reviews, SPOC, and Role-Based Access
- 3Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills
- 4Ability to educate clients and influence security outcomes through consultation
- 5Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for risk assessment and solution development
- 6Experience working with cross-functional technology, risk, audit, and business teams
- 7Knowledge of information security controls, governance, and regulatory requirements
- 8Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and client focus
