Overview
Day shift mechanic shop-based hydraulic repair and rebuild position at Global Electronic Services in Atlanta Georgia. Candidates will own diagnosis rebuilding and testing hydraulic components without production equipment maintenance.
What You'll Do8
- 1Diagnose root causes of hydraulic component failures through tear down inspection and testing
- 2Rebuild hydraulic pumps cylinders valves motors gearboxes and related components to OEM specifications
- 3Disassemble clean inspect measure and document component wear and failure modes
- 4Replace seals bearings shafts and other worn components while maintaining critical tolerances
- 5Read and interpret hydraulic schematics exploded views and OEM repair manuals
- 6Perform bench testing and quality verification of rebuilt components prior to release
- 7Manage repair projects independently from initial tear down through final testing
- 8Maintain a safe clean and organized repair shop environment
Requirements7
- 15+ years of hydraulic repair experience
- 2Industrial hydraulics machining or fabrication experience is a plus
- 3Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
- 4Ability to read hydraulic schematics and technical manuals
- 5Proficiency with measuring tools and shop equipment
- 6Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- 7Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Salary Insight
$62 - $83k per year
