What You'll Do8
- 1Evaluate medication orders for appropriateness of drug dosage and interactions
- 2Ensure correct supply and labeling of all dispensed medicines
- 3Communicate with nursing staff physicians and healthcare teams about medication issues
- 4Supervise medication preparation and recommend therapy changes
- 5Investigate medication-related inquiries and resolve concerns
- 6Maintain detailed customer databases with medical history and lab data
- 7Schedule shifts across hybrid workweeks and weekends
- 8Analyze data to improve operational efficiency
Requirements6
- 1Active Pharmacist license with Ohio Board of Pharmacy
- 2Long-Term Care experience preferred
- 3Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
- 4Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- 5Computer literacy with FrameworkLTC system knowledge
- 65+ years experience with ETL pipelines using Spark and Airflow
